JD Sports – Retail Stores
Through 2022 and 2023 we have been working with JD Sports to deliver LED upgrades to 120 Stores in the UK. With a typical Return on Investment within 2 Years these upgrades payback fast whilst also contributing to a significant reduction in carbon emissions for these stores.
Our LED Upgrades for JD Sports typically deliver a 60% reduction in Energy along with a 60% reduction in Carbon Footprint. In addition, maintenance costs are forecast to be reduced by up to 80% over the first 5 years following the upgrade.
River Island – Distribution Centre
We recently undertook an extensive upgrade of the UK Distribution Centre for River Island in Milton Keynes. The project required extensive development to identify the optimum solutions for the LED Upgrade. In this instance, the client was able to achieve an energy saving of 28.5% resulting in a payback of £1.2m/pa.
