The Arc’teryx Chamonix store was designed with the brand’s mountain heritage at its core. Utilising local materials and a nature-inspired aesthetic, the space is more than just a retail outlet—it’s a hub for the community and visiting adventurers. Retail lighting plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, and this project required a tailored approach to reflect both the brand’s identity and the beauty of it’s location. Our team at Prolight Design worked closely with Arc’teryx and it’s global partners to design a lighting scheme that enhances both the architectural features and product displays while maintaining the store’s organic and natural aesthetic, even using Tuneable White LED to further enhance the appearance of the raw materials.

To achieve the perfect balance of atmosphere and functionality, we supplied and installed a selection of high-performance lighting products, including Casambi enabled Tron+ and Tron System to provide clean, focused illumination while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic. Dingo Pendants were used to enhance the warmth and ambiance of the store, creating inviting spaces for customers to explore. Casa Ultra Track-Mounted Black Spotlights ensure precise product highlighting and flexible lighting adjustments to suit different displays.

Each fixture was carefully chosen to enhance visibility, accentuate product details, and create a seamless shopping experience. Our expert team also conducted meticulous light aiming and Casambi commissioning to ensure that every element within the store was illuminated to perfection.
